2. Optimize box sizes - Reducing the size of the package to eliminate the need for void fill and the potential for unnecessary product migration within the box.
3. Reduce the size of the flaps -
   • "Deeper is cheaper" - Locating the opening of the box at the end with the smallest surface will reduce the amount of corrugated board needed to produce the box.
   • Shy the flaps to remove material.
