Constant Replacement Program (CRP) |
| |
|
1) The program is based upon mutually agreeable reorder quantities at specified reorder points. It is the responsibility of American Packaging to monitor the levels and respond accordingly. |

|
2) You will not be invoiced until the items are actually delivered to you. |
|
| |
|
3) “Per release” deliveries normally expected within one working day. |
|
| |
|
4) We ask to be notified of any significant changes to any CRP item in order to modify the reorder quantities and/or reorder points. |
|
| |
|
5) Should you want to discontinue the program, we ask that all related material in the CRP Program be purchased at that time per a “letter of understanding”. |

Specific Replacement Program (SRP) |
| |
|
1) The program is based upon specific purchase orders repeating as necessary. |
|
| |
|
2) The purchase orders would refer to the following: |
| |
|
a) Total quantities
b) Specific or estimated delivery date
c) Mutually agreeable completion date |
|
| |
|
3) The customer will not be invoiced until the items are actually delivered. |
|
| |
|
4) “Per release” deliveries normally expected within one working day. |
|
| |
|
5) American Packaging will notify the customer when a subsequent purchase order is needed to continue the program. |
|
| |
|
6) Pricing will be maintained for the life of the purchase order based upon the original estimated quantities and completion date. |
|
| |
|
7) Should you want to discontinue the program prior to the expiration of a specific purchase order, we ask that all related material in the SRP Program be purchased at that time per the “letter of understanding”. |
